
ORRF History
The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation (ORRF), the charitable arm of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), is dedicated to expanding affordable housing opportunities in Central Florida. With more than 20,000 members, ORRA started ORRF in 2003. The goal was to use REALTORS®' skills and resources to create sustainable and accessible housing solutions.
ORRF’s award-winning Art in Architecture program has become a national model for collaborative housing initiatives. ORRF works with partners and the community to improve life for families. They make sure homeownership is achievable for more families.

Attainable Housing Solutions
We focus on expanding access to workforce housing and starter homes, fostering community growth and stability. Through strategic partnerships, innovative housing solutions, and investment in sustainable development, we help create long-term housing opportunities. Additionally, we provide resources and advocacy to support homeownership, strengthening Florida’s economy and real estate market.

Education
We support real estate education through endowments, financial assistance, and community programs. Our volunteers provide expertise in economics, real estate careers, and personal finance, along with valuable resources for educators. Additionally, we empower first-time homebuyers, assist with foreclosure prevention, and promote financial literacy to help families achieve long-term stability in homeownership.

The Foundation Clinic is a vital initiative established to provide accessible healthcare services, specially for realtors and their families. Our mission is to promote health and wellness by offering high-quality, affordable primary care tailored to the unique needs of those in the real estate profession.
