HOUSING INSTABILITY
What is housing instability?
Housing instability is a key issue that impacts both economic stability and quality of life. It is a complex problem that includes any number of challenges, such as overcrowded housing conditions, staying with relatives, moving frequently, difficulty paying rent, or spending the bulk of household income on housing costs.
Since these experiences negatively impact access to healthy food, health care, utilities, or other basic necessities, the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation (ORRF) works with community partners to address some of the challenges of cost-burdened households.
By working with other nonprofits, community partners, developers, advocates, and elected officials, we can amplify our impact to make a real difference in our community.
