The Orlando Regional REALTOR Foundation (ORRF) Sponsorship Policy
The Orlando Regional Realtors Foundation (ORRF) supports events that match our mission and main goals. These include affordable housing, disaster relief, environmental causes, and education. The following guidelines outline the process and criteria for submitting sponsorship proposals to the Foundation.
Sponsorship Request Submission

Method of Submission: All sponsorship requests must be submitted online via the Foundation's portal

Deadline:

May 1st for events held between July 1st - December 31st.

October 31st for events held between January 1st - June 30th.

Late submissions will not be considered, and early submissions are encouraged to allow ample time for review.
Review Process

Initial Review: All submissions will be reviewed by the ORRF Advisory Committee. The committee will assess the alignment of the event with ORRF's mission and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees for final approval.

Board Decision: Final approval of sponsorship will be determined by the Board of Trustees.
Qualifying Criteria for Sponsorship
To qualify for sponsorship, the event must meet at least one of the following Foundation initiatives:

Affordable or Attainable Housing
-
Disaster Relief (post-weather event)
-
Environmental Causes
-
Real Estate and Homeownership Education
Events must clearly articulate how the requested sponsorship will further one or more of these initiatives

Proposals requesting more than $2,000 will be carefully considered but may likely not be considered unless there is a clearly defined Return On Investment (ROI) for ORRF. Sponsorship proposals must provide a detailed breakdown of the benefits and their respective value to ORRF.
Sponsorship Evaluation
ORRF will prioritize sponsorship requests that:

Align with the Foundation's initiatives.

Provide tangible ROI for investments exceeding $2,000.

Offer prominent opportunities to highlight the work of Realtors® and the Foundation.

Demonstrate financial responsibility and transparency in the nonprofit's use of funds.
